What is the current financial crisis about?

To me the current “financial crisis” with a bailout to save the economy is not real. It is coming from close to government media manipulation factory.

Some leaders create an urgency just before the reelection – the timing is perfect - and is asking to act from the seats of your pants on stories about very obscure /complicated financial instruments.

Is it a conspiracy again? All of it is too similar with manipulation for war case in Iraq and is coming from the same team. Induce fear and get approval for war or like now for whatever output is wanted, your money. Does make it sense? Do you remember the web sites links with color maps indicating locations for Iraq’ arms for mass destruction?

Now there are the same lies - supported by banks that slowed landing money. New car sales dropped in average more than 20% in September due to tougher landing policies and higher gas prices. The conspirators are asking you to approve theirs policy of “just act first and see later the results”.

We shoot from the heap too often to find the Americans’ freedom is eroded and central/government power is controlling more our lives and needs. Remember the Patriot Act case and how hard is to reverse it.

Who will benefit from about one trillion bailout in money and tax savings? The banks and companies will get rid of bad debts to get a fresh start. Really? Who created those debts in the first place? Will the same financial leaders be able to do it again, since there is an escape route and precedent?

OK, there is a tighter policy for getting that car or mortgage credit. I understand that. This is actually to help the consumer being in better financial control, being in better control of his/her life. Who will qualify for credit now? My answer is: Who proves responsible for his/her financial actions. Provide more financial education in high school. This is just a good sense idea that does not make money.

I am for eliminating temptation of those creative options like bank financing with payments for “interest only” or confusing variable rates mortgages.

Banks borrowing overnight from Federal Reserve and from central banks was and it is available. Banks do not want to use more cash these days. Is the need for cash to keep landing going? Yes. But the banks stopped landing. Why? Because there is a conspiracy. Create panic and get the bailout to cover for mistakes and frauds! This is the conspiracy in my view.

From where I came it is easy to think like this. Read “The Escape” and see what humans can do to humans.

I certainly wish America do not go for a long recession. Certainly I wish for a better president. I will not like to take risks with too young and inexperienced one. I want an honest team for presidential seats.
