I belive in sharing for a better world.
As you already noticed this web site is giving my life experience in investing and managing properties for free.Why am I doing it? Because I believe in sharing for a better world.
Also, I think, I am closing a chapter in my life. It is more like looking back and reevaluating the past. Real estate investing and managing is part of a more complex portfolio of investments. It is more like what Robert G. Allen is describing in his "Multiple streams of income" book.
The ideas I am putting together are certainly influenced by books, article, classes, licenses I have got since 1993 till now, and of course, by my personality.
When investing you do what your personality is about. The risk you take and the approach you take is certainly at your level of comfort and knowledge with investing complexities.
This web site is my experiment with e-business.
How I will do it? Just watch me. I am happy I choose the Site Built It (SBI) for building this website and getting knowledge about e-entrepreneurship opportunities.
