This is before kids go to school or tenants make new plans for the next year employment, etc. In summer the pool of would be tenants is bigger. When you manage more than one unit you may sent a letter with your rental lease attached about 35 days before the lease expires. This is the letter I use: Dear: (tenant name) At this time of the year we offer new leases for duration of a full year, from August 1st 2000 to July31, 2001. We did improvements and will continue that, so you will find here more than a very good location, affordable renting, nice environment, plenty of parking and a laundry convenience. Please read the attachment, sign the lease or give me 30 days notice. It is important for us to receive your decision with July rent.
