Robert Allen is an important mentor, he is a hero in his own class.Robert Allen is one of my mentors. He is a hero in his own class, bold and entrepreneurial; you can not ignore his books. Strange enough his book “Creating Wealth: Retire in Ten Years Using Allen's Seven Principles of Wealth!” is the one I like most because explains a log term strategy /plan to invest in real estate. Buy properties for five years, sell half of them and payoff some of good investments and enjoy the cash flow and the almost free ride. Refinancing for cash out is a different tactic. These are not getting rich quick receipts, which almost everybody is selling lately. Do they sell, really? Robert Allen’s books are worth the money spent, but lately no more than that, in my opinion. The latest book “Multiple streams of internet income” is more a packaging of internet staff with old marketing tips. If there is some new value added to the internet or to the marketing I have not find it yet. All that seminars that use Robert Allen name are waist of time and traps for would be investors with get quick rich tips. His stunt for that Los Angeles newspaper, early books and “The Multiple Streams of Income” are here to stay the time.
